I met Sara Murphy on Facebook thru a property inspection company that I had a good experience using. I had to fire my first realtor who just was not offering the level of commitment that my property needed. Hence I started interviewing other realtors and Sara’s initial interview won me over. She visited my home and asked for a tour of the property. Along the way, she took pictures and notes of things that would need to be addressed before listing my home. My property was in need of a thorough cosmetic rehabilitation and Sara offered sound advice as to where my funds should be allocated to get the highest sale price. She connected me with reputable licensed contractors and made time out of her busy day to meet them and service providers at my home when I could not. I live over 100 miles from the property. Sara showed her value as a knowledgeable realtor, project manager, and solid communicator who I could count on to be available for questions or concerns. She also under promised and over delivered. She sold my home for thousands more than I anticipated and had it under contract in 3 days. She had a solid marketing plan and did a lot of pre listing networking as well. Worked with Sara to purchase a home in the Mount Washington area of Baltimore. Sara was extremely profession and responsive. The house we were looking at had very little movement on it and was a but higher than our budget but Sara advised us of a price drop shortly after we had seen the house and we pounced. We weren't the only ones to jump at the price drop and we found out later that we weren't even the highest offer. However, because Sara had advised us of a reputable local lender that was easier for the seller to work with, we ultimately won the bid for the house. During the next month Sara was with us all the way, even when my younger sister passed away. Sara sent us flowers and her condolences. Sara is just a good person as well as a great agent. We have been in our home for 5 months and are very happy with it. After the sale of the house there was an unforeseeable issue with the AC system that would have cost several thousand dollars to fix and when I had issues getting my home warranty company to agree to pay for the repair as they were contracted to do, Sara helped me work with them until we came to an agreement for them to complete the repair in full! You will not be disappointed working with Sara and it has been a pleasure getting to know her.

if you ever imagine if you could have your perfect realtor; it's Sara. She was so knowledgeable and genuine in her intentions and always looking out for your best interest. She will go to war for you to get the most in the negotiations but she will only do it you give her permission (which I highly encourage you do) she was patient and not pushy and really willing to wait until you felt most comfortable with saying yes to a house. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for my first time buying a home.

Sara was very patient and informative addressing and anticipating our questions in regard to the home buying process: we are first buyers and French… We quickly realized Sara was the right person to assist us through out our search. After 4 months being with another realtor, I was introduced to Sara and was completely amazed at her professional approach and decisive communication with follow up as the seller and potential buyers.
